For this purpose, this person may also be called an aspiring employee or candidate;1.4 Employer – any person engaging the services of a worker through an agency and who is a party to the employment contract(2);1.5 Search Engine – is an information processing system means as electronic system for generating, presenting, displaying, storing, and disclosing data of employers and applicants. The search engine is also an information processing electronic system for generating, presenting, displaying storing and disclosing data of employers and applicants. 1.6 Business Day - a “business day" is defined as any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, during which banking activities may lawfully be conducted.1.7 Customer Service Representative – is an individual employed by the company to aid and support to the users of Lahat Job search engine.1.8 Job Listing - A job listing is a public announcement that details a particular job opening or employment opportunity. 1.9 Website – this refers to the online pages and services made available in the Lahat Job Platform which can be accessed over the internet through a web browser or software Application downloaded by the user (Applicant or Employer).1.10 Personal Information – any information from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual1.11 Sensitive Personal Information – is any information which includes the individual’s ethnic origin, marital status, age, colour, and religious philosophical or political affiliations, about their health, education, genetic or sexual life of a person, and government agency peculiars to an individual which are but not limited to social security number, health records, licenses etc.

2.1 Lahat Job shall comply with its respective rights and obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other laws and regulations concerning the use of Personal Information of Data Subjects and parties in the use of the Lahat Job Search Engine.2.2 Lahat Job ensures that all users of its platform shall be informed and be transparent.

III. Policy3.1 Collection of Personal Information of the Users may be collected Lahat Job. The Collection of such data includes, name, address, employment history records, and other necessary information for the purpose of employment.2. Lahat Job collects and uses the customer personal information for the following purposes:

3.2.1 Data Storing and Sharing– Lahat Job stores relevant information of both Employers and Employees for reference and alignment of job opportunities;3.2.2 Account(s) Management – Lahat Job collects and stores the users’ information to manage your account, including order history, preferences, and customer support;3.2.3 Other Reasons - Lahat Job personalizes the customer experience and interface;3.2.4 Communication - Lahat Job may send the user messages, updates about your employment status, and promotional offers with your consent; and3.2.5 Compliance - Lahat Job may collect and disclose your information if required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, other relevant laws of the Philippines, orders, and mandates of the Data Privacy Act.
